Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Impact League TCG website and purchases made from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Us

Impact League Limited, trading as Impact League TCG

Address:

United Kingdom

References in these Terms to "Impact League TCG", "we", "us" or "our" mean Impact League Limited trading as Impact League TCG.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

2. These Terms

These Terms apply when you use our website or purchase goods or services from us online.

Additional terms or policies may apply to particular products, promotions or services.

Our Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referred to during your purchase should be read alongside these Terms.

If you are purchasing goods wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, please contact us regarding our business-to-business terms, as different terms may apply.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or otherwise affects any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a statutory consumer right which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, the statutory right will apply.

4. Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • use our website fraudulently or unlawfully;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, accounts or systems;

  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content or customer information without our permission;

  • impersonate another person;

  • provide deliberately false or misleading information;

  • attempt to circumvent product purchase limits or other technical restrictions; or

  • use our website in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

We may restrict or suspend access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems or other users, or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached.

5. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account to make purchases or access certain features.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate and current information;

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; and

  • notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Products and Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur between the appearance of products on-screen and their appearance in person, including differences caused by lighting, photography, display settings or manufacturing variations.

Product photographs may occasionally be representative images unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

7. Trading Cards and Collectibles

Many of the products we sell are trading cards, collectibles and sealed trading card products.

Manufacturing, distribution and transit can result in minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging, including small dents, scuffs, surface marks, minor holes or creases.

Unless a product has specifically been advertised or sold as being in mint, pristine or collector-grade condition, minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging will not ordinarily mean that the product is faulty, provided that the product itself remains unaffected and the goods otherwise conform to the contract.

This does not affect your statutory rights where:

  • packaging damage has affected or compromised the product itself;

  • the goods materially differ from their description;

  • the goods were specifically advertised as being in a particular condition and do not meet that description; or

  • the nature or severity of the damage means that the goods do not conform to the contract.

Further information is available in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Trading Card Condition and Grading

Where individual trading cards or collectibles are sold with a stated condition, we take reasonable care to assess the condition accurately.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any condition assessment represents our reasonable assessment of the item at the time it is listed or sold.

Condition assessment can involve an element of judgement and does not constitute a guarantee that an independent grading company will assign any particular grade.

A card described as "Near Mint", "Mint" or another condition is not guaranteed to achieve any particular numerical grade from PSA, ACE, CGC, Beckett or any other third-party grading company unless we expressly state otherwise.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where an item has been materially misdescribed.

9. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After receiving your order, we will send you an acknowledgement or confirmation electronically.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment;

  • applicable purchase limits have been exceeded or circumvented;

  • we are unable to deliver to the address provided; or

  • fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due for the cancelled goods and any associated charges that must be refunded.

10. Purchase Limits and Fair Allocation

We may impose reasonable purchase limits on certain products, particularly limited-release, high-demand or allocated trading card products.

Purchase limits may apply per person, household, address, payment method or customer account where reasonably necessary to ensure fair distribution.

You must not deliberately attempt to circumvent clearly stated purchase limits by placing multiple orders, using multiple accounts or using other methods intended to defeat those limits.

Where we reasonably determine that a purchase limit has been deliberately circumvented, we may cancel or reduce affected orders.

Any amount paid for products cancelled by us will be refunded.

11. Prices

The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Consumer prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes such as VAT where required by law.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may differ between:

  • our website;

  • our physical store;

  • events and card shows;

  • third-party marketplaces; and

  • other sales channels.

We are not required to apply a promotion or price offered through one sales channel to another unless expressly stated.

12. Pricing and Listing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure that product information and prices are accurate.

Occasionally an obvious pricing, stock or product-description error may occur.

Where we identify an obvious error before an order has been fulfilled, we may contact you to give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item.

Where an order is cancelled because of an obvious error, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled item.

Nothing in this section permits us to alter the agreed price after a binding contract has been formed except where permitted by law or agreed with you.

13. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We may delay or decline an order where payment cannot be authorised or where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud.

14. Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed that delivery by a particular date is essential.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any statutory rights you may have in relation to delayed or failed delivery.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with us until they come into the physical possession of you, or a person identified by you to take possession of them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged.

15. Pre-Orders

Products advertised as pre-orders are products expected to become available at a future date.

Any release or delivery date displayed for a pre-order is based on information available to us at the time and may be subject to change due to manufacturers, distributors or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a pre-order is materially delayed, cancelled by the supplier or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide the remedies required by applicable law.

Any specific terms displayed on a pre-order product page will form part of the contract for that product.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.

16. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights regarding cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

For qualifying online purchases, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

Different rules apply to change-of-mind returns and goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

17. In-Store Purchases

There is no general statutory cooling-off period for purchases made in our physical store.

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges for in-store purchases are therefore at our discretion unless otherwise stated.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

18. Card Grading and Third-Party Services

Where we accept cards or other collectibles for submission to a third-party grading company, we act as an intermediary in arranging that submission unless expressly stated otherwise.

Grades are determined solely by the relevant grading company.

We cannot guarantee any particular grade, turnaround time or grading outcome.

Estimated turnaround times are estimates only and may change due to circumstances at the grading company.

Where a third-party grading provider changes its fees, services or timescales after a submission has been made, we will deal with the submission reasonably and in accordance with the applicable service terms and consumer law.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Trade-Ins and Selling Cards to Us

Where we offer to purchase or accept trading cards or other collectibles from you, any valuation or offer may be subject to verification of:

  • authenticity;

  • condition;

  • edition or printing;

  • completeness; and

  • other relevant characteristics.

Where an offer has been based on information supplied before we physically inspect an item, the offer may be revised if the item materially differs from the information or condition originally provided.

We will explain any revised valuation before completing the transaction.

We reserve the right to decline to purchase an item where we reasonably suspect that it is counterfeit, stolen, materially altered or otherwise unsuitable for purchase.

Separate trade-in terms may apply and will be brought to your attention where appropriate.

20. Promotions, Discount Codes and Store Credit

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, including:

  • expiry dates;

  • qualifying products;

  • minimum spend requirements;

  • usage limits; and

  • exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Store credit and gift cards are subject to any terms disclosed when they are issued or purchased and to applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code where we reasonably determine that it has been obtained, distributed or used fraudulently or contrary to its stated terms.

21. Events and Organised Play

Separate rules, entry requirements or terms may apply to tournaments, organised play and other events operated by Impact League TCG.

These may include rules imposed by publishers, tournament organisers or governing bodies.

Any additional material terms applicable to an event will be communicated when appropriate.

We may refuse or remove a participant from an event where reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, cheating, harassment or material breach of event rules.

22. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and original content created by Impact League TCG, including our branding, graphics, text, photographs and website materials, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Third-party trademarks, artwork, product names and intellectual property displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, redistribute or modify our original website content without permission except where permitted by law.

23. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us or directly to our website, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to submit it;

  • it does not infringe another person's rights;

  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening or abusive; and

  • it does not contain malicious software.

Where you deliberately submit content for publication on our website or promotional channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted and for reasonable promotion of our business.

You retain ownership of your content.

24. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites.

Where you purchase goods or services directly from a third party, that transaction may be subject to the third party's own terms.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, but purchases made from Impact League TCG are contracts between you and Impact League TCG unless expressly stated otherwise.

25. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Privacy Policy and cookie controls.

26. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • any matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption arising from a consumer purchase.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

27. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances materially affect an order or service, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will provide any remedies required by applicable law.

28. Suspension or Termination of Website Access

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or parts of our website where we reasonably believe:

  • these Terms have been materially breached;

  • fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred;

  • our systems or other users are at risk; or

  • suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect our legitimate interests.

Termination of website access does not affect rights or obligations arising from orders already entered into, except where those orders are separately and lawfully cancelled.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.

The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those in force when the relevant contract was entered into.

Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove or reduce statutory or contractual rights already acquired by a customer.

The latest version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will retain any mandatory rights and protections available to you under the laws applicable to you.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in any court in which they are entitled to bring proceedings under applicable law.
