Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Impact League TCG processes and delivers orders placed through our website.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Orders are normally processed during our business operating days. Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods may take longer to dispatch.
Any dispatch or delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
During particularly busy periods, including major product releases, promotional events and periods of unusually high order volumes, dispatch may take longer than usual.
Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
2. Standard UK Delivery
Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally aims to deliver within approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
Tracking information will normally be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date on which the order was placed.
3. Higher-Value Orders
Orders with a value of over £150 are normally covered by additional third-party shipping protection provided through XCover.
This additional protection is arranged by Impact League TCG and does not reduce or replace your statutory rights against us as the retailer.
Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, your rights are against Impact League TCG where applicable. You will not ordinarily be required to pursue Royal Mail, XCover or another delivery provider yourself in order for us to deal with a valid claim.
We may require reasonable information or evidence from you to allow us to investigate a lost or damaged shipment and make any necessary claim with our delivery or insurance providers.
4. Large, Heavy or Oversized Orders
Exceptionally large, heavy or oversized orders, including sealed cases or orders containing multiple booster boxes, may be sent using an alternative courier or delivery service rather than Royal Mail.
The delivery provider used will depend on the size, weight, value and destination of the parcel.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after dispatch.
5. Delivery Charges
Available delivery options and the applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery charges may vary depending on factors including:
-
order value;
-
parcel size and weight;
-
delivery destination; and
-
delivery service selected.
Where a qualifying online order is cancelled under your statutory cancellation rights, the refund of delivery charges will be dealt with in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Delivery Addresses
Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is complete and accurate.
We cannot guarantee that a delivery address can be changed after an order has been placed.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at:
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to amend the address where possible.
If an order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible for us to change or redirect the delivery.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Where a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the parcel may be returned to us.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may require payment of reasonable additional delivery costs before resending an order where the original delivery failure resulted from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
8. Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will normally receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.
A tracking update showing that a parcel has been dispatched or is in transit does not alter your statutory rights relating to delivery.
9. Delayed Parcels
Delivery estimates provided by us or a delivery provider are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances including:
-
Royal Mail or courier network delays;
-
adverse weather;
-
industrial action;
-
seasonal demand;
-
transport disruption;
-
incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at:
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider where appropriate.
10. Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us.
We may need to wait until the delivery provider considers the parcel lost before we can complete our investigation.
Where an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances and stock availability, this may include a replacement or refund.
Where necessary, we may ask you to provide reasonable information or complete documentation required for us to investigate the loss with the delivery provider or shipping protection provider.
You will not ordinarily be required to pursue the delivery provider or XCover yourself.
11. Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the parcel or its contents have been damaged in transit.
To allow us to investigate the damage, please retain the product and all packaging and provide photographs where reasonably requested, including photographs of:
-
the external shipping box or mailer;
-
the shipping label;
-
any visible damage to the parcel;
-
internal packaging;
-
the product packaging; and
-
the product itself.
Please do not dispose of the shipping packaging until we have confirmed that it is no longer required for our investigation.
Minor cosmetic imperfections to collectible product packaging are dealt with in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are damaged, faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
12. Responsibility for Goods During Delivery
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with Impact League TCG until the goods come into the physical possession of you, or a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
The use of Royal Mail, another courier or a third-party shipping protection provider does not transfer our responsibilities as the retailer to those organisations.
13. Delivery to a Safe Place or Nominated Person
Where you provide delivery instructions requesting that a parcel is left in a particular location or delivered to another person, those instructions may be followed by the delivery provider.
Please ensure that any nominated safe place or alternative recipient is suitable.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery will apply according to the circumstances and applicable law.
14. Pre-Orders
Where an order contains a pre-order product, the estimated dispatch or release date will normally be displayed on the relevant product page.
Release dates are based on information provided to us by manufacturers, distributors or other suppliers and may occasionally change.
Unless otherwise stated, orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be held and dispatched together once all products are available.
If you require available products to be dispatched separately, please contact us. Additional delivery charges may apply.
If a pre-order is materially delayed, cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide any remedies required by applicable consumer law.
15. Multiple Parcels
Large orders may occasionally be divided into more than one parcel.
Where this occurs, parcels may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers.
Please check all tracking information provided before reporting part of an order as missing.
16. Failed or Refused Delivery
Where delivery cannot be completed, the delivery provider may:
-
attempt redelivery;
-
hold the parcel for collection; or
-
return the parcel to us.
If a parcel is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you regarding the available options.
Where a parcel was not delivered because of circumstances attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, we may require payment of reasonable additional delivery costs before resending it, where permitted by law.
17. International Delivery
Where international delivery is offered, available destinations and delivery options will be displayed during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon import.
International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing and local delivery networks.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
