Progress update on the new shop
Hi everyone. We have had the keys to the new shop a little under 2 weeks now and have made some really good progress in that time. I know we’ve said hello to some of you guys walking past and taking a sneak peek.
Frustratingly, the shop was not left in the condition we were promised, however we have worked some long hours to get the shop back to the condition originally expected. A big thank to some of you guys who have lent a hand with this! Your help and advice has been massively appreciated. We have also started ticking off some of the key changes necessary to make the new shop fit for purpose.
We want our shop opening to be as close to perfect as possible and to really be the shop for the community. We aren’t ready to confirm a date just yet but we are working towards a late May opening. I will update you all soon with more information as soon as we can.
Naturally, you may notice we are a little light on the ground staff wise and some of our restocks taking a little longer than normal, but I promise it will all be worth it. We just ask you to bear with us over the coming weeks. Ash, Sammi, Kane, Simon, Linda and the rest of the team are doing their best to keep everything going and also prepping for an awesome card show on Sunday.
