Our pricing model

How we price sealed product at Impact League TCG

As I mentioned in our 2025 review blog we have always operated on the motto of our margins should be razer thin and our customers will appreciate that and keep returning and as long as we sell enough, we can survive. What I hope most of you know by now is that if we buy at wholesale we will ALWAYS sell at retail. Every wholesale product will get sold at retail, both now and in the future. This is most prominent on our pokemon release days, our one piece products and riftbound. All of these are selling for significantly over RRP however because we buy these at wholesale we continue to sell at the retail price.

This is also why all of our accessories, new Pokémon releases and all other TCG products (magic, Lorcana etc) are exactly at retail RRP. Some of our non TCG products are actually BELOW RRP, such as Loungefly being 20% below and Warhammer 15% below

This does mean though, as most Pokémon shops face, instantly we will sell out of Pokémon (even with limits in place). We are then given two choices, don’t have stock until the next wholesale drop or buy from secondary sources. We take the second option, so once our wholesale products have sold out our secondary sources kick in, these are naturally higher than retail and closer to the market price. Our secondary sources include trade in’s from local customers and multiple organisations across America and Canada that we import from. We hope for those that were not aware of this it helps provide a little context on our pricing.

Thanks

Dan
